Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Resell and Refund

  1. That payment shall be made either by issuing a cheque in favor of the vendor or a cash deposit paid by the purchaser directly into the vendor’s accounts or via online transfers.

  2. The vendor covenants to allocate unit(s) of the product to the purchaser only after full payment for the land.

  3. Where the purchaser defaults in its instalment payment for two consecutive instalments, the purchaser shall have his/her subscription revoked and the Company shall refund the total instalment made by the Purchaser less 30% (thirty percent) after the sale of the unit(s) to any third –party.

  4. Termination of agreement by the purchaser before the delivery of the unit(s) shall attract NO REFUND after first 30 days of subscription.

  5. Any cash given or payment made to any agent or marketer by the purchaser on behalf of the vendor shall be at the purchaser’s risk.

  6. The Company shall not sell on behalf of the Purchaser after paper or physical allocation, otherwise via Realtor, agent or Marketer.

NOTE:- REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FROM THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF PAYMENT OR PROPERTY SUBCSRIPTION
